Chi Wang Limited guarantees a transparent and predictable delivery and return process for every bag purchased through wd30.watchhousesale.com. Read this document carefully before completing an order.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. Express shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. A tracking number is sent to the customer’s email address once the order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The customer bears all shipping costs unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Chi Wang Limited does not charge handling fees.
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chi Wang Limited does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount. Contact local customs authorities for estimates.
If a package is returned to Chi Wang Limited due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or due to unclaimed status, the customer pays for reshipment. Refunds for such orders follow the standard return procedure described below.
Returns Policy
Chi Wang Limited accepts returns of unused bags in original condition. The return period is 14 calendar days starting from the day the customer receives the delivery.
Conditions for return eligibility:

The bag shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

All original tags, dust bags, care cards, and accessories are included.

The bag is returned in the original packaging.

The return request is submitted within the 14‑day window.
Any bag that fails these conditions is not eligible for a refund. Chi Wang Limited reserves the right to reject a return and send the bag back to the customer at the customer’s expense if the condition is violated.
Refund Amount and Shipping Costs
The refund amount equals the purchase price of the bag. Original shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable. The customer bears all return shipping costs. Chi Wang Limited does not provide prepaid return labels.
If a promotional free shipping offer was applied to the original order, the customer is still responsible for the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Chi Wang Limited. That cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned bag is received and inspected by Chi Wang Limited, the refund process begins. The total refund processing time is at least 14 calendar days from the day Chi Wang Limited receives the return. This period includes inspection, approval, and the financial transaction.
For PayPal payments, the refund appears in the customer’s PayPal account at least 14 calendar days after return approval. However, certain regional laws require a longer period. In jurisdictions where local consumer protection or financial regulations mandate a 30‑day refund window for PayPal transactions, Chi Wang Limited complies with a 30‑day refund timeline. The customer’s location at the time of purchase determines which timeline applies. No action from the customer is needed; Chi Wang Limited applies the legally required timeline automatically.
For credit card payments, the refund completion time depends on the issuing bank. After Chi Wang Limited processes the refund, the bank may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the amount. The 14‑day minimum applies only to Chi Wang Limited’s processing stage.
Return Process Flow
Follow these steps exactly to complete a return.
Step 1 – Submit a return request
Send an email to [email protected] within the 14‑day return period. The email subject line must read “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Include the following in the email body:

Step 2 – Receive return authorization
Chi Wang Limited replies within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No return is accepted without a valid RAN. The reply also confirms the return address shown in Step 4.
Step 3 – Pack the bag securely
Place the bag in its original packaging. Add all original accessories, tags, and documents. Seal the package properly to prevent damage during transit.
Step 4 – Ship to the return address
Write the following recipient information clearly on the outside of the package:

Write the RAN below the recipient address. Do not write any other reference numbers.
Step 5 – Pay for return shipping
Select a shipping carrier with tracking service. The customer pays all shipping fees directly to the carrier. Chi Wang Limited does not reimburse return shipping costs under any circumstance.
Step 6 – Send tracking information
Forward the tracking number to [email protected] within 24 hours of shipping the return. Use the same email thread from Step 1.
Step 7 – Inspection and refund processing
After the package arrives at 8/F, Jade Centre, 98 Wellington Street, Central, Chi Wang Limited inspects the bag within 5 business days. Upon approval, the refund is issued according to the timelines in the “Refund Timeline” section.
Step 8 – Confirmation
A refund confirmation email is sent to the customer’s original email address. The confirmation includes the refund amount and the expected date of appearance in the customer’s payment account.
Non‑returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a bag arrives damaged or if the wrong bag was shipped, the customer must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item. Chi Wang Limited covers return shipping costs only for verified damage or picking errors. In these cases, the standard 14‑day return period does not apply, and the refund or replacement is processed within 7 business days of return receipt.
